Do you have a book that needs rescuing?

Everyone has a book in them, so the saying goes.

It’s not surprising therefore that countless people have abandoned book projects gathering dust somewhere. Having an idea for a book isn’t unusual, but having the time and dedication to commit to writing an entire book from start to finish is.

The advent of self-publishing has made book publishing accessible to almost everyone, and people are no longer dependent on agents and traditional publishers to see their words in print.

Book writing is a long, hard, slog

There is still a big emphasis on quality and accuracy though, and anyone who wishes to sell a book must ensure it’s of a high standard. Poor grammar and spelling, poorly laid out text and illogically sequenced books will turn off the reader. In order to produce a successful book, the narrative must be engaging, the story consistent, and it should also be professionally proofread and copy-edited.

People often realise once they’ve started writing a book how difficult the process really is. Writing a book requires discipline and commitment, and apart from actually writing the story, there are many other things to consider.

There’s the planning, the synopsis, research, revisions, formatting, book cover design, editing, proofreading, and marketing (if you plan to sell it) to take into account.

If your book project is stuck, we can help

Perhaps its writer’s block or you just can’t seem to get the book’s layout how you want it. Maybe you want a manuscript written to try and secure a traditional publisher, and a synopsis to accompany it.

Perhaps you have half the book written but abandoned the project due to lack of time. Perhaps the book is complete, and you just need some polishing and finishing touches. Maybe you have written one chapter, but don’t know how to progress your work. Or maybe you have an idea or an outline and need the entire book writing.

Whatever stage you’re at, we’re here to help you write the book you’ve always dreamed of.
