Natalie worked in the mental health and social care sector for over 10 years, starting as a care practitioner and progressing to a health and social diploma asssessor and trainer. She's currently in her final year of a mental health and wellbeing degree.

She’s written everything from e-books to autobiographies to blogs, features and web copy and her ghostwritten articles have appeared in the Daily Mail, The Times, The Huffington Post and Best Magazine.
Since she was a child Rachel has loved writing, but it wasn’t until her 30s that she pursued writing as a career.
